Radiation Protection Services
Radiation Protection Services at NDT MainCal Ltd also provide specialist radiation safety training courses including :-
- Basic radiation Safety
- Radiation Protection Supervisor training.
The above are in accordance with HSE guidelines and can be deliveredat our client's premises, at our own training facility, or with suitable attendee numbers at other locations. |
Specialist Courses.
HASS competent person training
A short course designed to assist with the administration and safekeeping of sealed sources under IRR99 and RSA93 requirements.
Training for drivers
Based on the revised 2007 transport regulations, this course is designed to fulfil basic training requirements for individuals who drive vehicles carrying radioactive materials.
Safe recovery of radioactive sources
Theoretical and practical training for dealing with incidents involving the non-return of a sealed source to it's shielded container.
